Once we receive the item we will credit your card, minus the shipping costs and restocking fee of 20%.
All exchanges and returns must be in unused, original condition with original packaging.
All skates/packages that require mounting are subject to an additional 20% restocking fee for exchange or return.
Please contact us within 45 days after the receipt of the item for a return or exchange.
Special/Custom orders and Clearance/Sale/Close-out items may not be returned for
credit,
but we will try help you with an exchange if at all possible.
